At Maplefy, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

To request a return:

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@maplefy.com

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Full Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of product (if damaged or defective)

Step 3: Wait for return approval instructions from our customer support team.

Please do not send products back without receiving return authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return.

If the return is due to customer reasons:

  • Ordered wrong item

  • Changed mind

  • No longer needed

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error:

Examples:

  • Wrong product shipped

  • Damaged item on arrival

  • Defective product received

Maplefy will cover replacement shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout

  • You will receive email confirmation once refund is processed

Please note your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if:

  • Product is returned damaged by customer

  • Product is returned missing original packaging or accessories

  • Returned item shows signs of use

Refund amount will be determined after inspection.

Exchanges

We replace items only if:

  • Product arrives defective

  • Wrong item was shipped

  • Product was damaged during delivery

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

After order processing begins, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
